Leadership Team

Mark Wilson, Founder, President and CEO
Mark Wilson is the founder, President and CEO of Ryla, Inc. Mr. Wilson has over 20 years of experience in the business information services industry, and has held senior level sales and operations management positions with companies such as D&B, ABF Freight Systems and the Whirlpool Corporation. Mr. Wilson has also served in roles responsible for strategic marketing, service process improvement and customer service within the call center and business information services industries. Mr. Wilson is a graduate of Wilberforce University where he received his Bachelor's Degree.

Shelly Wilson, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Evelyn (Shelly) Wilson is the co-founder of Ryla. Mrs. Wilson has 13 years of experience in managing human resources and insurance programs for Synavant, IMS Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Mrs. Wilson is a graduate of Howard University where she received her Bachelor's Degree.

Andri Weathersby, VP of Operations
Andri has over 20 years of operations management experience in Technical Support, Sales Support, and Call Center Management. He gained his operational experience from numerous managerial positions at Sprint, SITA and recently EarthLink where he was responsible for operation support strategy. Andri has vast knowledge and experience in both domestic and international outsourced call center support. Andri is responsible for all Ryla's operations functions. Andri graduated with distinction from Brenau University with a degree in Business Administration and earned his MBA from Mercer University.

Theresa Badgett, VP of Finance, Vice President of Finance
Ms. Badgett brings to Ryla over 13 years of accounting and finance experience. She has successfully implemented process improvement and internal control initiatives, and has specialized in developing strong accounting and finance teams through best practices and automation. Ms. Badgett is responsible for all financial aspects our organization.

Vedad Arslanagic, VP of Software Development, Integrations and Reporting
Vedad joined our organization in 2006 with experience as a financial application manager responsible for implementation and customization of financial systems and application. Vedad's professional background includes Information Technology consulting with five years experience as a Director of IT managing Information Technology professionals. Vedad is part of the business development team. He is responsible for developing application requirements for new clients and he oversees all software development and integrations.

Ruben Maury, VP of Information Technology
Ruben has over 15 years of experience in multiple roles in the contact center industry, including Sales Support, Project Management, Technical Support and Management. Ruben is responsible for various IT related functions including leading the PC Help Desk, Networking and managing the Telephone Systems


Karen Clay, VP of Marketing
Karen has 18 year's experience helping companies and causes create profitable brands, alliances and launch in new markets. She has held senior leadership sales and marketing positions in both for profit and nonprofit organizations, for both Fortune 100 and 500 firms as well as start-up organizations. As VP of Marketing , she oversees Ryla's lead generation, PR, internal and external communications, brand management and community relations.
