WINNING WORKPLACES AND SJF ADVISORY SERVICES TO PRODUCE WEBINAR ON HOW SMALL BUSINESSES CAN DEVELOP FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE CULTURES

Ryla CEO Mark Wilson to share tips for keeping a strong customer service culture as the business grows

Tuesday, April 15, 2008
EVANSTON, IL - On Wednesday, April 23, 2008, Winning Workplaces, in association with SJF Advisory Services, will host a webinar entitled "Developing a Fantastic Customer Service Culture." The one-hour event will feature two leaders of highly successful small businesses: Mike Faith, Founder and CEO, Headsets.com, San Francisco, Calif.; and Mark Wilson, CEO, Ryla, Inc., Kennesaw, Ga.

Savvy business leaders know they must have a motivated and engaged workforce in order to retain a loyal customer base. Attendees of this session will hear from these two leaders, who will share their experience and practical advice on facilitating this connection. Based north of Atlanta, Ryla, Inc. provides customer contact solutions for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and non-profits nationwide. It's tough work, and the company's 377 employees are often on call at all hours, able to provide assistance in a variety of languages. Ryla has developed a customer service program that reflects its unique optimism and diversity. Mark Wilson, Ryla's CEO, calls it Ryla's "People Factor." Ryla's mantra "Excellent Interactions Every Time.SM" is the basis for each team member's daily goals. To further set themselves apart, Ryla continuously tweaks its expertise in customized solutions and business process outsourcing for clients and consistently exceeds the goals and expectations set by their critical communications needs and fulfils the un-served market need of project-based, on-demand customer contact solutions.

With benefits far above the industry standard and professional and personal development seminars enriching even entry-level positions, Ryla is making sure its team sticks around, resulting in a turnover rate around one-third the industry average. A family attitude for caring saturates this organization and is demonstrated in the employee-crafted cheers presented at monthly "Ryla Huddles" that highlight the accomplishments of the team and talents of each individual.
