Ryla Teleservices Announces Grand Opening Celebration of Second U.S. Contact Center in Kennesaw, GA

Kennesaw, Georgia, - Ryla Teleservices, Inc. (Ryla), a Kennesaw based leader of Customer Contact Solutions and Business Process Outsourcing has announced the grand opening of its second contact center facility on October 12, located on its corporate campus at 2120 Barrett Park Drive in Kennesaw, GA. Ryla has invited several prominent local business and political leaders to attend the event, which will officially open Ryla’s new facility to accommodate Ryla’s rapid growth.

The new state-of-art contact center will include 750 agent workstations, including two large training rooms, multi-media conference rooms, a Command Center, and a full service, partially subsidized employee cafeteria. The high-tech facility will also be powered by one of the most robust networking and telephony systems in the contact center industry. Ryla will now have the capacity for 1500 total outsourcing call center seats in the United States and is one of the largest employers in Kennesaw.
