Ryla Teleservices, one of Georgia's leading customer contact and business process outsourcing solutions providers, recently announced the execution of a long-term lease agreement to relocate and expand its headquarters in Woodstock, Georgia to 48,500 square feet in Kennesaw, Georgia, more than double their current space of 20,000 square feet.

The new facility, located at Barrett Park, offers Ryla the ability to continue their rapid business expansion. This growth signifies the company's long term investment strategy within the Atlanta metro area. The new facility will house their corporate headquarters, marketing and sales personnel, and approximately 600 customer service representatives.

Ryla will be increasing its presence in Georgia this year from 200 customer service representatives to 600 customer service representatives. Ryla also opened a new call center in Providence, RI, in March of 2005 to handle inbound support phone calls for GTECH Corporation.

During the leasing process, Ryla Teleservices was represented by Ken Ashley, Chip Craighill, and Sam Hollis of Cushman & Wakefield Atlanta. Maxwell Young represented the landlord.
