Ryla to Host Job Fair to Fill an Additional 600 Full-Time Jobs
Less than two months after opening a customer support contact center in the Mobile, Ala. area, Ryla looks to more than double workforce

Kennesaw, GA - July 09, 2009 - Ryla Inc. (www.ryla.com), a leading domestic provider of outsourced call center and customer contact solutions, today announced it is hiring an additional 600 full-time, permanent customer service and supervisory positions for its new Regional Headquarter customer contact center in Saraland, Ala.

Weekly job fairs to fill these positions will be held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday July 14–30, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Ryla’s Saraland facility.

The expansion comes on the heels of its recent grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony, where one of Ryla’s clients was so impressed with the facility and employee talent that they expedited their timeline to add more agents. “As a result, we are thrilled to announce we are aggressively looking to add an additional 600 employees from the local community, in line with our commitment of providing 1,200 jobs by 2011,” said Mark Wilson, founder, CEO and president of Ryla.

Wilson was quick to add, “I want to emphasize these are not telemarketing positions. We provide inbound and outbound customer service, tech support and other customer contact solutions for Fortune 500 and government clients.”

Ryla currently employs 550 full-time staff at its Saraland facility and 2,500 company-wide.
All the employees at Ryla’s Mobile area contact center provide customer service and support. The positions the company are looking to fill include:
  • Assistant Directors
  • Customer Service Representatives
  • Help Desk Support
  • Quality Assurance Coordinators
  • Supervisors


Job applicants can attend any one of the weekly job fairs being held Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning July 14 through the 30th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Ryla’s Saraland facility on Highway 43 (previously the Hertz building).

Applicants should bring two forms of government-issued photo identification and a current resume, and wear business attire. Because of the large turnout expected, recruiters encourage job seekers to arrive early and to be patient.

As a testimony to the strength of the company’s current Alabama workforce, Ryla is launching an employee referral program to help recruit a highly qualified workforce. The company’s Saraland employees are eligible for a referral bonus of $100 for every person referred and hired.
