Entitled “Use of SIP Trunking and VoIP in a High Volume Contact Center,” Maury’s presentation will address how Ryla transitioned from traditional analog systems to SIP trunking, VoIP to the desktop and Web-based technologies. The new contact center architecture, which was launched in 2007, provided Ryla:
