Ruben Maury to Discuss Importance of Implementing Communications Technology that Supports Call Center Excellence at IP Communications Industry’s Leading Event at Miami Beach Convention Center in February Ryla today announced that Ruben Maury, VP of Information Technology, has accepted an invitation to participate in a panel discussion entitled “Strategic Planning: Why IP in the Contact Center” at TMC’s INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference & EXPO East 2009 on February 3 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida. INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO, held February 2-4, 2009, is the world’s largest and best-attended IP Communications trade show. At the 2008 east coast event last January, the show drew over 7,000 buyers and sellers of IP Communications products and services.
