Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service representative is responsible for responding to a variety of inbound service telephone. In addition, the Agent is responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers to obtain, verify, and/or update customers’ demographic, eligibility, enrollment, and billing / payroll information. This person is ultimately accountable for initiating transactions at the request of a customer and researching and resolving potentially complex issues, while ensuring the best quality service is always provided to customers.
